Description

The Treasury Analyst for systems and banking portals will be responsible for a variety of activities supporting global treasury operations, internal controls and process improvements in the area of quantum and electronic banking systems mainly. 

This position requires, close attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills.
The assigned employee will provide Treasury Systems support to the Global Treasury Centers and users, being its main responsibility within the electronic banking system area but also supporting the interaction with the various software vendors (FIS, 360T, Bloomberg, Finastra) and the broader treasury team in order to test and apply system upgrades and patches. 
 
The Systems Analyst will work on implementation projects, acting as interface between Bank’s business users and the various IT support groups to ensure the customer's successful deployments of various system products, tools, and services specially linked to Quantum and SAP systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Global Treasury Integration / Centering Projects 
• Perform day-to-day support of Electronic Banking Systems to end users
• Perform day-to-day support of quantum system and indirect software (FIS, 360T, Bloomberg, Finastra)
• Assist/lead tasks related to banking system simplification and standardization.
• Troubleshooting: Determine root causes of issues/defects/incidents and resolving them in timely manner. 
• Promote adherence to internal control standards and promote security awareness to ensure system security
• Participate in regression testing for the function for new system service packs, upgrades, hotfixes, and patches, including preparing the test plan, selection of relevant test scripts, availability of users with the Team leads, progress follow-up, log defects if any and monitoring until resolution and report back and sign-off to the testing core team.
• Provide on-going consultancy and advice to the user community.
• Log or help system incidents/defects and ensure follow-up and resolution.
• Analyze and propose technical solution for new functional requirements/development. 
• Work proactively to monitor and enhance banking systems administration environment
   

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Degree in Accounting, Business Finance, IT or related fields  
• Experience in SAP TMS modules and Quantum
• Fluent in English 
• Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, etc.

Preferred Skills & attributes: 

• SAP S/4 Hana and SAP ECC 6.0 
• Quantum experience is desired.
• Two years of experience is desired. 
• Proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
