To support that challenge, the Supply Chain Planning team is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planner at our Greensboro, NC location. The North America regional Supply Chain Planner performs the critical role of balancing supply with demand to ensure delivery of product to market to satisfy the sales plan while managing cost and working capital impact

 

Accountabilities

    Create and maintain a production plan across the planning horizon that delivers the sales plan and is balanced for capacity Lead the regional supply chain for assigned portfolio including all communication to regional and global stakeholders required for problem solving, prioritizing and decision making Collaborate with Product Management to ensure alignment between the business and Production & Supply Develop and implement a strategy to manage inventory to target levels Understand the end-to-end supply chain, capacities, lead times & bottlenecks to ensure an efficient plan Establish robust Rough Cut Capacity Plans for accountable resources Evaluate feasibility of forecast changes, identify & communicate constraints in Sales & Operations Planning S&OP meetings Participate in the monthly Requirements & Operations Planning ROP meetings & new product launch teams Identify & action obsolete, slow or no-moving inventory Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Manager on regional supply chain strategy & design Manage regional allocation plan when Active Ingredients are constrained Negotiate with Global Planning on supply & inventory Lead or participate on planning improvement projects Act as subject matter expert for training plan topic

 

Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or similar 3+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics preferred ERP, MRP and Advanced Planning tool experience APICS certifications preferred
