Description: Seneca Foods Leicester, NY location is currently recruiting for Seasonal Production Operators for its 2022 production season. This work will be available during the following dates in 2022:
Beets mid-July 11th through late October / early November
Carrots mid-September through late October / early November
Mixed Garden Vegetables (MGV) late Octoberthrough mid/late November
This timeframe is tentative and can be affected by weather and crop availability. Seneca provides safe working conditions, paid overtime over 40 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, and on-the-job training.

Job duties include:
Fulltill various prodcution line positions in out food production facility processing fresh vegetables.Perform sanitation functions on a regular basis to prepare the plant for hte next scheduled production run.Provide relief during other employee's break periods.Follow all Good Manufcaturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies/procedures.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Other duties as assigned.
