We’re hiring a Production Technician

Production Technician is responsible for proper operation of the bagging machine as instructed by the Plant Manager, Shift Leader, Team Leader and process order. 

Your Challenge:  

• Executes the specific operations of position he is charged as well as the shift he belongs to fulfill the established objectives;
• Monitors the equipment functioning for mechanical issues. Is controlling the quality of the product and report any of the nonconformity that could affect quality;
• Collaborates with other employees for fixing the eventual breakdowns or malfunctions;
• In the case the equipment need to be stopped for repairing / maintenance he will request the authorized person to perform the stopping operations with shift leader approval;
• He can replace: forklift drivers ,dryer operators, sizing operators, bagger operators, husking operators, detasseling machines’ operators; 
• Improves his skills and knowledge permanently in regular collective trainings or individual on the job learning. He must be aware constantly about newest developments in his area of activity.

You will be a part of Growing Team 

Internal: Plant manager, Maintanance Leader, Production coordinator, Sizing Operator, Lab assistant, Treating Operator, Forklift Driver, Printer Operator 

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:  

• Education: High School;
• Experience: 1-2 years;
• Physical Demands: Able for physical moderate effort, for handling dangerous substances groups III and IV, working at hights;
• Working Conditions: Work in closed areas, temperatures with semi-control, possible noise above average, possible working at hights, sometimes with dust and beeswings;
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge about the built in, principles and working parameters for mechanic equipment. Forklift driver licence.
