Process Area Lead Person (Cup Line)
Seneca Foods in Clyman, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Process Area Lead Person (Cup Line) to join our team. Seneca Foods offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off and much more! Help us make our Farm Fresh Goodness Great!
Responsible for the safe and efficient coordination of the setup and operation of the production Cup Line.Ability to lead a group of 2 to 10 regular and seasonal employees to complete all Quality Control fuctions and checks.
Responsibilities:
Setup Cup Line on production days.
Maintain and make adjustments as required during production days.
Learn Cup Line jobs to help with break rotations.
Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
Train employees to safely operate the equipment and to follow proper production procedures.
Responsible for housekeeping of general work area.
Observe all Company work, Safety and GMP policies and procedures.
Other duties as required and assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Requires to have good written and communication skills.
Requires a minimum of a High School Education or equivalent.
Position requires a Company Certification to operate a forklift or ability to obtain.
General ability to operate a computer.
Knowledge of setting up and operating all aspects of the Cup Line is preferred.
