To support that challenge, the Seeds Supply and Operations team is currently seeking a NA Seeds Quality Operations Administrator in Slater, IA. 

You will help shape the future of agriculture by:  •    Coordinating and completing administrative help to Senior Executive and Global Quality Lead; including calendar support, travel arrangements, meeting planning, and other items as requested.    •    Coordinating and completing administrative assistance to the NA Quality Lead and Local lab team. This includes front door management, inbox/mail management, lab building and operations coordination. •    Quality Lab Operations support, including data entry, quality document editing/updating, routine data transactions, running key reports, and facilitating shipping. •    Quality Lab Operations including planting and other quality tests.   Accountabilities   •    Accountable for excellent attendance and professionalism at all times.    •    Accountable for clear, polite, professional communication to multiple stakeholders •    Full administrative support for Global Quality Lead.   •    Administrative support to the NA Quality Lead and local team.    •    Quality Lab Operation Support.  •    Inform management of the status of quality systems. Evaluating the target audience and adapt information to fit the needs.  •    Continuous improvement of systems end-users. •    Project management experience is informed of the status of quality systems. Evaluating the target audience and adapt information to fit the needs.  •    Handling fast paced, medium pressure, peak workload periods where rapid results turnaround time is critical; interspaced with slower off-peak times. •    Accuracy and timeliness of delivering results to all components of the role.
