You will help transform digital agriculture by:

    Be the lead subject matter expert in digital marketing campaigns Responsible for project management and implementation of targeted digital campaigns using Sales Force Marketing Cloud

Accountabilities

    Acts as “Subject Matter Expert” on Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications for execution which includes: Executes on day to day marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development of campaign automation / ecosystems to deliver targeted campaigns Setup and ongoing maintenance of templates, landing pages, and distribution lists Train the marketing team to ensure everyone understands complete tool functionality and promote best practices Provide timely status updates and communication with stakeholders Provides reports that can be automatically delivered that show campaign effectiveness and ROI Assists in the testing of campaigns across different platforms and environments Works with Salesforce SME’s to document best practices and drive ongoing system improvements Collaborate with Marketing Communications, Customer Master Data and Digital Enablement Lead to support the execution of brand tactics


Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field A minimum of 3 years of experience developing, implementing and using Sales Force, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Pardot A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce, including how it integrates with marketing automation Experience with Agile methodology and processes is a plus Marketing Cloud or Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification highly preferred HTML/CSS coding experience is highly preferred Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors Experience creating multi-channel campaigns Experience implementing and using SMS, chat bot and webinar solutions

Preferred Requirements

    Exceptional oral and written communications skills Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, as well as multi-cultural environment Strong understanding of digital marketing technology and best practices Ability to provide instruction to all levels of personnel in one-on-one and group settings Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direction or oversight Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly Knowledge of best practices, including the adherence to privacy legislation in the sales & marketing process and systems arena
