This position will be involved in the maintenance operations of the Agriculture, Distribution, and/or Manufacturing departments. Responsibilities: - Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and replacecrop harvesting, vegetable processing, and/or label line equipment to meet specifications and regulations. - Maintenance of other areas as directed. - Read sketches and blueprints to determine layout of assigned work. - Design, fabricate, weld, and install equipment as required. - Monitor equipment operation andmakeany necessary adjustments. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and PM completed. - Appropriate budget planning and maintenance of cost control over equipment. - Employee relations. - Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, safety rules, and regulations are being followed and enforced. - Supervision of seasonal production workers. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Must have good attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong mechanical repair and trouble-shooting skills. - Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment. - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. - Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
