Your mission

  • Reporting to the Infrastructure and Energy Manager, you will join a team of 3 Technicians and ensure interventions on the site's Infrastructure and Energy installations in compliance with factory policies.

 

Your activities

In collaboration with the Methods Technician, participate in the preparation of the interventions Infrastructures (Gates, Goods lift, Dock Levelers ...), Buildings, Utilities (Electricity / HT-BT Distribution, Air, Gas, Steam, Sanitary hot water-water of town...) 

  • Participate in the planning of subcontractor interventions 
  • Ensure the follow-up of the interventions of the subcontractors

 

Guarantee the continuity of services and the proper functioning of the facilities:

  • Carry out fault diagnosis and 1st level maintenance 
  • Provide technical assistance in his specialty 
  • Identify recurring technical problems by participating in their analysis and the implementation of solutions

 

Ensure the traceability and management of maintenance operations:

  • Ensure the updating of the system (GMAO) and various records (intervention report)
  • Establish ranges/instructions and include them in the CMMS
  • Manage technical documentation

 

Energy Tracking

  • Anticipate any drift in order to react in real time and as quickly as possible
    • Budgetary (invoice > or < consumption)
    • Technical (Non-standard consumption vs. consumption history)
  • Ensure the traceability of the actions implemented following drift
  • Provide visibility and transparency on our site energy consumption

 

Energy Optimization

  • Participate in the development of the investment plan with a proposal for the replacement of equipment approaching the end of its life, and whose performance gap with recent technology equipment would justify and make the corresponding investment profitable
  • Concerning buildings, communication and awareness campaign on simple actions to save energy and preserve the environment 
  • Management of the future centralized technical management (CTM)

 

Implementation of the ISO approach within its scope of activity

  • Participate in the writing of infrastructure and energy processes
  • Participate in the development of procedures and instructions

 

Qualifications
Your profile

  • You have a BTS Industrial Maintenance / BTS Fluids and Energy Maintenance level
  • You have experience in industrial maintenance: at least 3 years desirable
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, curious and you have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a very good team spirit.
  • English: Technical level required to understand notices and documents.
