Description

Analyzes and administers HR service delivery programs in areas such as case management, data and reporting, compliance, vendor integration and transactional services for employees, managers, former employees, fixed-term employees, candidates, and retiree populations. Investigates and resolves daily employee service problems. May advise organizational personnel on practices and procedures. Maintains data and provides reports as needed. Support is mainly focused on Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Spanish, Portuguese, English required
• Computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as required
