YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Head of Master Data Gov & Analytics are to:

 

  • Partner with business/DT-IT’s to develop an end to end digital products and platforms strategy by the business domain;
  • Establish a data strategy and platform for enabling Digital Products, BI, and Analytics initiatives across the enterprise to drive data-driven decision-making;
  • Establish, define and lead the first Global Data Governance Program for Discovery for master data, reference data, controlled data, and restricted data;
  • Drive & compel the enterprise to treat & value information as a business asset, and identify business evangelists;
  • Work directly with global privacy authorities to deliver compliant data solutions addressing EU-GDPR, US-CCPA, and numerous emerging US state and global privacy laws;
  • Be a continuous and active advocate of a Data-Driven organization;
  • Create information monetization opportunities;
  • Create appropriate data processes and policies for use in integrating future acquisitions;
  • Establish and implement product experience strategies for the various external customers;
  • Set standards for product development, technical systems development and management, customer service operations and revenue management;
  • Demonstrate experience in implementation and managing service partners to scale product and engineering teams, drive operational efficiency and cost savings;
  • Establish high-performing teams to drive and deliver software as a service to other industry counterparts.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Batchelor’s Degree or comparable corporate experience;
  • At least 10 years of experience in data management, MDM, governance reporting, and analytics, incl. data warehouse and data lake technologies;
  • Extensive international experience required, with excellent and proven intercultural skills;
  • Strategic thinker with a wide perspective to maximize the use of digital for business benefit;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, active listening, and networking, in addition to strong verbal & written communications;
  • Experience with change management and ensuring adoption and benefits realization.
