At Syngenta, we are working to build the most collaborative and trusted team in agriculture that provides leading seeds and crop protection innovations to enhance the prosperity of farmers. We are currently seeking a Partner Rewards Financial Analyst for Syngenta’s Finance Team in Greensboro, NC.
As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring a robust process and design are created and implemented to accurately redeem customer offers in a timely, efficient, effective, and compliant manner.
Accountabilities
Develop and utilize an in-depth knowledge of the redemption tools and data sources, to properly configure and accurately redeem customer program payments. Influence program design for marketing programs, focusing on building a robust control framework and an efficient end-to-end process, whilst ensuring business needs are met Manage certain program redemption processes and activities including project management, internal controls, and process procedures Work closely with Commercial colleagues and other Finance functions to create Redemption processes that optimize efficient execution, while enabling the customer experience Work closely with Commercial Unit controllers & Marketing Controllers to build transparency of program impacts and exposures Work closely with project teams to successfully test and implement system changes or process improvements Provide influence, direction, and counsel to the business / functional management teams on marketing program design and implementation. Enable the customer experience through process development & execution Support, monitor and ensure full compliance, as appropriate, with all legal and fiscal requirements ensuring Syngenta license to operate. Create/maintain policies & procedures related to customer program payments. Design and implement process flows Review and seek continuous improvement and simplification in Redemption and Reporting Processes Contribute/Participate and/or lead relevant system changes and process improvements with an emphasis on digitizing marketing programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / Finance / Business Management; MBA or CPA preferred Experience in project management and/or internal controls Experience in cross-functional initiatives, process improvement and implementation Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Ability to prioritize actions and ensure appropriate support and resources Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment Ability to influence co-workers outside direct reporting lines Experience with SAP and data warehouse strongly preferred
