At Syngenta, we are working to build the most collaborative and trusted team in agriculture that provides leading seeds and crop protection innovations to enhance the prosperity of farmers. To support this challenge, Syngenta is currently seeking a Digital User Experience Lead for the Crop Protection Marketing Team.
The Digital User Experience Lead will lead the development and maintenance of Syngenta websites, apps, blogs, webinars and broader digital connectivity in order to create a best-in-class digital customer experience.
Accountabilities
Champion the use of digital channels to create awareness and demand for Syngenta products and solutions. Ensure that digital owned media touchpoints meet customer needs by utilizing research, analytics and user testing. Integrate digital metrics into the overall marketing performance dashboards. Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Agencies, Product Management, Business Units, Syngenta leadership and IT to implement digital touchpoints and align with the Syngenta strategy and the technology roadmaps. Manage digital activities including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. Manage the visual identity of digital deliverables to align with Syngenta branding guidelines. Bring a creative approach to the developments of the digital landscape to find ways to deliver on communication and business objectives more effectively and efficiently. Ensure that digital projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, and objectives. Manage website analytics platform configurations, reporting and implementing best practices to the leadership team. Use web analytics and research to analyze trends, develop insights and identify opportunities to optimize performance. Be a subject matter expert in user experience design and user experience testing Develop best practices guidelines for design, usability, and content to ensure consistent and on brand experiences. Identify and implement new digital trends and technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, goals, and requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in digital marketing, marketing, communications, business, agri-business, information systems and/or related field Solid understanding of digital marketing technologies, tools, and methodologies CMS, personalization, insights gathering, etc. Proven in-depth knowledge of digital metrics Understanding of digital marketing channels Digital User Experience All applicants must be able to work in the US without sponsorship from Syngenta
Preferred Requirements
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio General knowledge of graphics solutions used for website development Working knowledge of internet architecture Certificates, redirects, domains, infrastructure, etc. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
