Digital Process & Workflow Architect 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Digital Process and Workflow Architect, are to: 

 

  • Collaboratively drive definition and implementation of sustainable digital solutions for key business processes, in line with solution landscape requirements;
  • Collaborate on enabling process observability, targeting establishment of predictable, digitally enabled end-to-end workflows and pipelines;
  • Introduce and promote approaches and technologies delivering process insights driving business decisions;
  • Establish trustful relationships with digital leads, specialists, and subject matter experts across Regulatory Science;
  • Leverage your communication skills for promotion of digital culture, establishing digital mindset, and achieving understanding of strategic digital initiatives across the organization;
  • Be a role model in collaboration and co-creation across organizational boundaries and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Have ability to describe and analyze complex business processes –process mapping, value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis;
  • Capability to translate business requirements into implementable digital concepts;
  • Experience with cultural and change aspects of implementation of digital workflows and digitally enabled processes;
  • Hands-on experience with development would be an asset;
  • Passion to introduce digital perspectives in new areas;
  • Familiarity with work in agile setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams;
  • Stakeholder management experience;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with process/task mining and similar approaches.
