Promotion at the farmer level of Syngenta products/solutions in order to achieve the sales objectives established in the assigned region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates sales demand at the farmer level by executing product promotion campaigns
Presents to farmers the strengths and benefits of the products in the portfolio both before and after their launch; monitors their performance at the farmer level
Understands the farmer's point of view, facilitates and executes activities regarding the Food Value Chain
Collects customer complaints and their feedback, subsequently facilitating their resolution through the technical team
Organizes and ensures the implementation of demonstration fields
Uses expertise and knowledge about crops in providing support to farmers, to increase the presence of products and their share of use in the clients' portfolio
Achieves established sales volumes, to assigned farmers
Is responsible for forecasting/planning sales for assigned farmers
Regularly formally collects and reports market perspectives, proposes changes or indicates opportunities that should be considered
Cooperates continuously and effectively with other departments (Marketing, Logistics, etc.)
Represents Syngenta and its products/service portfolio of it in a professional and competent way
Monitors the degree of customer satisfaction at the end of the sales season
Ensures that his actions are in accordance with local legislation and competition law
Defends and promotes the image of Syngenta, its offer and services
Builds solid and professional relationships, based on expertise and trust , with farmers and influential factors in the allocated area
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
Driving license
2-5 years experience in sales
Agronomic knowledge: general cultivation practices and agricultural techniques, general technical knowledge about existing products and/or solutions
