• Compliance Specialist
• Perform impact assessments for new regulations and updates on Corteva’s products and communicate the impact to relevant stakeholders
• Perform regulatory and chemical legislation assessments on alternate coformulants to determine and communicate required actions for implementation
• Review new raw materials for seed slurries and request required compliance documentation.
• Classify mixtures and provide appropriate hazard labels for seed slurries according to CLP
• Lead and support projects as needed by the team
• Create and manage tools and systems for regulatory processes as needed

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks implemented globally
• Basic knowledge on substances of concern
• SAP EHS, BW, S/4 HANA – Navigation and reporting
• Microsoft office suite including SharePoint and Power BI
• Good verbal and nonverbal communication
• Manual hazard classification and labeling of mixtures (CLP/GHS)
• Project Management
