Blender

Responsibility to blend raw materials in accordance to formulas to meet finished production specifications. Coordinate work with employees assigned to assist with the blending process.
Responsibilities:
Blend sauces, juices, brines, mixed vegetables according to standards and specifications.
Check ingridents to determine that the proper materials are being used.
Work with required measuring devices to batch ingredients for required formulas.
Work with quality control to determine that batches of product meet required product specifications.
Communicate with filler and pump operators about changes in products.
Responsible for housekeeping of the general work area.
Observe all Company work, safety and GMP policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
Qualifications
Requires a minimum of a High School Education or equivalent.
Employee should have some knowledge of food processing processes.
This position does not require any specific certification.
