Talent Acquisition is a global team in charge of the recruitment process for Corteva. We have several consultants spread around the world that help to match the best candidate to the best job opportunity (and we can do the same for you!).
As an apprentice, you will :
But most importantly, this job is all about human interaction! You will be reviewing applications, contacting candidates and coordinating interviews for the area of Europe, Africa and Middle East on a daily basis.
Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
Internally, you will be working with the recruitment team, especially those based in Europe, Africa and Middle East, members of other HR teams and with Hiring Managers. Externally, you will engage with candidates on a regular basis.
Location:
In one of our offices in France: Guyancourt, Cernay, Drusenheim or Aussonne

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
You are enrolled in a Bachelor or a Masters degree in France, with a specialization in Human Resources.
Since you will be working for an international company, English is a must. Another European language will help you interact with our team and the candidates. Speaking German or French fluently would definitely be an advantage.
You will be working mainly on a computer; some Microsoft skills would make your life easier. And most importantly, you need to have some knowledge of Social Media! LinkedIn is a Talent Consultants second home.
And what would be Human Resources without people? Positivity, personal drive and persistency are key factors for successful human interaction!
